ROLE : Onsite Photocopier Service Engineer
LOCATION : Bristol
PACKAGE : up to £30,000 + 25 days holiday , pension ....
Concept have a vacancy for an onsite MPS Engineer based at a corporate site in Bristol.
This is an exciting position in a client facing environment , servicing and maintaining MFD's .The client also has offices in London and Edinburgh, so remote liaison will be expected with the operational teams located there.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
1 Service and maintain the machine fleet in line with the clients requirements (e.g.: all machines need to be ready for operation from 0800 each working day)
* Focus on the Support / Print Roomfacility to ensure essential function always fully operational
* To escalate any issues back to the office so that they canbe rectified as early as feasibly possible
* Plan and self-manage your calendar in accordance with the jobs outstanding, and SLA's. Producing regular reports to client management on status of all machines
* Keep onsite stock levels maintained and up todate for the machines covered
* Provide preventative maintenance when required and plan these around normal daily EM calls.SECONDARY FUNCTION:
1 Assisting the Support function (when workload allows) during high demand times, possibly carrying out some of the following functions:
* Assisting with delivery process at the buildings loading bay
* Delivery of packages/ items to people in the building
* Delivery of stationery items to dedicated facilities areas
* Assistance with postal delivery process
* Supporting the reprographic service
The Candidate
*
* Proven experience of servicing and maintaining Multi-Function Devices (MFD) and Printers.
* Good customer service and communication skills
* The ability to work on yourown whilst building relationships with the client
* Excellent attention to detail
* Enthusiasm and self-motivation
* Ableto work under pressure with excellent time management skills
* The ability to manage a busy workload and to prioritise
* Flexible approach to work, happy to help client with other operational aspects of running their operation (when time and workloadallow)
