This is a fantastic opportunity foran experienced refrigeration operations manager to play an active part in moving the business forward during a truly exciting period of growth.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced regional managers to ensure client expectations are regularly exceeded and as such some travel to different regions is unavoidable.
Key Accountabilities:
* Provide Technical Support and coaching to the Regional Managers
* Support the Divisional Managers on all technical issues
* Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with clients and the management teams
* Ensure under performance on KPI's is understood and action plans are in place to drive improvement
* Comply with Health & Safety legislation and company processes
* Identifying and delivering business development opportunities within thebudget to fund additional services to the customer.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Must have worked in the same / similar role over the last 2 years.
* NVQ level 2 would be desirable.
* Must hold or have held valid F-Gas certificate and have astrong technical knowledge of equipment and manufacturers
* CO2 is desirable.
* Experience on Pack Systems
* Must hold full driving licence.
* Proof of right to work in the UK.
Package:
* Salary from £58,000 to £60,000 (flexible dependent on experience)
* 45 hour week (Monday to Friday)
