What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Service, repair & maintenance of MFD's
* Achieve high first time fix level for calls
* Deliver high levels of customer service & product training* Manage vehicle stock
* Covering the areas of Cambridge / Ipswich and Northampton
Requirements
We will consider anyexperienced photocopier engineers living within the specified areas and who can offer
* Strong customer facing skills and experience
* Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
* Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
* Proven technical experience
* Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
What is on offer?
* up to £28,000 depending on level of knowledge
