Responsibilities:
 * Providing the very best service levels to our clients at all times
 * Responding and arriving on clients site promptly and within set SLA response times
 * Repairing any reported device mechanical & i.t. issues, plus provide regular scheduled preventative maintenance calls on equipment
 * Keeping up to date with all manufacturer service bulletins
 * Networking equipment including scanning & document management solutions on all new multi-functional devices sold throughout the product range
 * Take responsibility for all parts stock
 * Providing remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve any problems by phone
 * Time management and fast pace is essential as is being a quick learner, with hands on training
Skills/Experience Required: 
All candidates must have experience as a field based engineer and be enthusiastic, polite, mechanically and i.t. literate, highly organized, plus have good customer communication skills. Problem-solving and identifying faults on mechanical equipment in addition to i.t. issues, is an essential skill for this role whilst full training will also be provided on-going.
Package 
Basic is up to £26,500
