Role : Photocopier FieldService Engineer
Location : Berkshire / West London

* Providing the very best service levels to our clients at all times* Responding and arriving on clients site promptly and within set SLA response times
* Repairing any reported device mechanical & i.t. issues, plus provide regular scheduled preventative maintenance calls on equipment
* Keeping up to date with allservice bulletins
* Networking equipment including scanning & document management solutions on all new multi-functional devices sold throughout the product range
* Take responsibility for all parts stock
* Providing remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve any problems by phone
* Time management and fast pace is essential as is being a quick learner, with hands on training

* up to £32,000
* 23 days (rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 28 days), plusbank holidays
