FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Engineer for a large farm operation in Saudi Arabia. Indeed, this is a full time permanent role offering a lucrative benefits package.
The role
* Lead a teamof planners to ensure that the preventive maintenance jobs and other planned jobs are planned based on the resources available and the system updated accordingly.
* Ensure that the required resources are available for carrying out the planned jobs.
* Improving the effectiveness of planned jobs so that downtime is reduced.
Some Areas of responsibility:
* Availability of resources for Planned jobs
* Identifying spares required for planned jobs
* Coordination for shutdown jobs
* Identifying training needs for technicians and coordinate training
* Effectiveness of Preventive Maintenance Jobs
* Training of Planners* Coordination for SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data
Requirement
* Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
* 5 Years experience in operation and maintenance of utility in a large process industry as supervisor
* RelevantDegree Level 8 and above
* 2 years working experience in SAP with complete knowledge of order cycle in SAP PM.
* A good knowledge of utility equipment like Boilers, Air compressors, Refrigeration systems, Fire fighting system, Water Purifying and distribution systems, Diesel Generators and also HV/MV/LV Distribution system.
* General Engineering Interpret Eng Drawings (Mechanical and Electrical) Pneumatic Control
* Equipment type and selection Steam, Water, Refrigeration Quality Systems Happy Nature Approachable Positive Confident Assertive.
* Must have excellent knowledge of metallurgy and metal processing techniques including the main welding, cutting and machining processes
* Have relevant CAD/CAM experience across a range of machineryRemuneration
