Role : PPD - Print Production Engineer (Central Belt - Scotland / Edinburgh)
Package : up to £26,000 + bonus, 23 days holiday + BH, car or allowance and fuel card, pension scheme
I amcurrently recruiting for experienced Print Production/PPD Service Engineer to join an established, global technology provider .Key Responsibilities
1 To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
2 To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
3 Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
Skills Required* Excellent knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineering on PPD Production Print ranges
* Good product knowledge,
* Proven fault-finding technique,
* IT literate,
* Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills,
* Excellent knowledge of Company Service procedures.
