Monitor and reinforce control on maintenance systems strategy using CMMS- SAP to ensure proper Job Prioritization, planning, scheduling, and feedback on Job evaluation after execution.
- Coordinate, Planning and scheduling of facility equipment.
- Optimize productivity by eliminating downtime, efficient budgeting, allocating tasks and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Schedule routine maintenance activities either time based maintenance or performance based
maintenance taking into considerationproduction execution Plan for the given period on CMMS-SAP.
- Manage CMMS- SAP maintenance backlogs to acceptable levels suchthat all maintenance activities can be executed before the allowable finish date.
- Enhancing Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance by analysis equipment historic reliability data on SAP.
- Develop and implement performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement thereby harnessing my management skills.
- Provide Administrative tasks, including tracking and reviewing Maintenance Performance KBIs
- Perform duties in accordance with all applicablestandards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment.
- Review technical documentation to complete equipment maintenance and repair.
