As a Reliability Engineer, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the performance of our engineering operations. You will:
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track and manage equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth operations andminimizing downtime.
Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying reasons behind equipment failures, empowering our team to make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proactive strategiesthat enhance equipment reliability, optimize maintenance schedules, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Analyze datatrends to forecast potential issues and implement preventive measures, ensuring a seamless production process.
Lead trainingsessions and workshops to transfer your knowledge and expertise to our team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
HNC/HND or degree Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equilvant with experience as engineering reliability
Proven experience in solving engineering challenges using CMMS and RCA methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and the abilityto dissect complex problems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency indata analysis and interpretation.
