Site Engineer:
A fantastic contract job-opportunity has arisen for a young andhungry Site Engineer.
The employer is an award-winning UK-based Civil Engineering contractor, with a very strong reputation in the highways & civils sector. They are looking for a young and hungry candidate to work on various highways schemes in the East Anglia area.
As Site Engineer, you will report to the Sub Agent / Site Agent. This role will suit someone with previous experience setting out and surveying within the highways sector. Good organisational skills are a must, as are good (English speaking) communication skills.
Duties:
* Setting out and surveying of works
* Raising RFIs
* QA
* Interpreting and implementing of the design
* Management of subcontractors
* Producing As-builts
Training / Qualifications:
* Must have: CSCS / SSSTS / 1st Aid / Own Laptop with AutoCAD
* Should Have: NRSWA Supervisor Certificate
* Could Have: College or higher education in a construction related subject
Preferred Experience:
* Highways/ Roadworks
* Civil Engineering
* S278 work
* Hard Landscaping
* Drainage
* Kerb Laying & Street Lighting
