We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage teams operations, delivering reactive works, from start to finish. You will be travelling using a company car, coveringmultiple rail sites; Sittingbourne, Kent, Margate, Hastings, London bridge & Charing cross are stations we are currently working on.

Job Function:
* To be working a supervisor to ensure the team work in a safe, profitable, planned manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality product and service; the role will cover the Kent route
* You will be delivering reactive works from start to finish and carrying out safety and quality audits for both reactive and planned faults
* To Develop and maintain positive relationships
* Promote and protect the companies infrastructure reputation whilst remaining customer orientatedWhat are the skills needed?
