Job Title: Technical Service Advisor
Location: Cork, Ireland
Salary: €35,000- €39,000 per annum (based on experience)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Areyou an experienced professional in the heating or energy sector looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking aTechnical Service Advisor to join our client's technical department. This pivotal role involves providing expert technical support, managing customer queries, and ensuring the efficient handling of warranty issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Handle incoming phone calls related to technical queries across all product lines, and provide customer support for warranty issues.
* Issue Management: Assess and prioritise Customer Queries (CQs) based on the problem's nature, repair requirements, and the need for third-party input.
* Warranty Coordination: Delegate warranty-related tasks nationwide, liaise with warranty engineers, and ensure timely shipment of necessary parts.
* Sales Support: Offer sales support by addressing service issues and assisting the sales team.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records for future reference, track CQs to completion, and prepare weekly service call reports.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to ISO 9001 standards and participate in internal and external audits as required.
Skills & Experience:
* Administrative Skills: Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to buildrelationships with engineers, customers, and internal teams.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracyin documentation and tracking.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in service/warranty booking- an understanding of heating and plumbing a major advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential.How to Apply:
