Vending Machine Technician
We are on lookout for a field service engineer to work for an award-winning independent vending machine supplier.
Location to cover: Luton, Hatfield, High Wycombe, reading, slough, Farnborough and surrounding areas.

Package:
* Monday to Friday
* Basic Pay: £33,000 - £35,000
* Yearly Bonus or Gym Membership after 1st year of service
* 4 company events a year
* Day of holiday added for every year of service (capped at 5 years)

Duties:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of coffee and vending machines. Your responsibilities include:* Filling, cleaning, servicing, and merchandising machines to meet health and hygiene standards.
* Meeting and maintaining client requirements for machine fills and cleanliness.
* Correct completion of route paperwork and operation of Vendmanager handhelds.
* Rectifying minor 1st line machine faults.
* Collection and return of machine cash to the home office on a weekly basis.
* Ordering route stock on time and collecting at home office stores.
* Effective communication with the Service Desk and your Manager.
* Notifying technical faults to the Service Desk.
* Closing down calls received from the Service Desk promptly.
* Liaising with Installers and Engineers on new machine installs.
* Immediate notification of any customer dissatisfaction to your Manager.
* Keeping company vehicles clean and tidy.
* Attending Team meetings and necessary training courses.
*Compliance with all aspects of the Company's Health and Safety policy.
* Maintaining a professional image on client premises.About You:
* Experienced electro-mechanical engineer.
* Full driving license.
* Previous experience in coffee or vending would be advantageous but not essential.
