If you are an expert within the LED industry with an extensive background in rental and staging for live events and you love the idea of expanding this market foran established and growing manufacturer, then this role will be for you.
The Company
The business is headquartered in theFar East, and it has an established US office on the East Coast as well as offices in key global territories. Their LED products contribute to the experiences at some of the country's favorite events and leading venues helping them to continually solidifytheir reputation for quality and as a LED manufacturer of choice.
Your Role.
Your role as VP Rental & Staging will see working across the verticals of, virtual production in film & TV, corporate and large-scale concert tours, creating and executing highly effective and profitable GTM strategies for the company's services and products across North America.
With a fantastic level of technical, vendor and product experience you're someone who has their finger on the pulse of industry trends and your extensive network of decision-makers in tier 1 accounts/organizations will be your springboard for success as you seek out opportunities for the sales team, influence and take the lead on key accounts with relevant distributors, dry hire, andproduction companies.
You'll be leading a small team of Key Account Managers with the overall goal of expanding current markets and growing new ones acting as a true brand advocate at trade shows and seminars as well as hosting client visits to the global HQ.
About You
* Excellent hands-on experience with LED displays and associated equipment
* A thorough understanding of NovaStar and Brompton systems and software
* Excellent leadership experience
* LED industry background in ether engineering, sales, or project management
* Happy to work remotely and travel.
* Valid driver's license
* Happy to lift up to20ibs consecutively.
