Job Description:
As a Warden Call Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing warden call systems for various clients across West Midlands. You will work both independently and aspart of a team to ensure the clients' security systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
*Install, maintain, and repair warden call systems
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner* Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
* Provide exceptional customer service and supportto clients
* Keep up to date with industry developments and new technologies
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Warden Call Engineer or similar role
* Proficient in installing, maintaining, and servicing warden call systems
* Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* FullUK driving license
