Application Support Analyst | Insurance | London
My client is a leading Insurance organisation based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a top-tier provider that is highly regarded in the industry. Suitable candidates must have SQL Server 2012 and SSRS proficiency as well as a strong understanding of the London Market/General Insurance business.
Responsibilities include:
* Prove 2nd line support to resolve incidents whilst managing enhancement requests within SLAs
* Engage with business users to manage enhancement and support requests
* Liaise with other IT functions toimplement and maintain applications
* Ensure all solutions are fully tested, including UAT
* Create data fixes to the systemusing SQL and generate reports using SSRS
Essential experience:
* SQL Server 2012
* SSRS
* 5+ years of application development/support
* Knowledge of the London market/General Insurance business
Desirable:
* MS Dynamics CRM
