The Role
My client, a leading underwriting agent is seeking an experienced Broker Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Dublin 18. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As a Broker Accounts Administrator,you will be responsible for the broker accounts process whilst liaising with the wider business and external partners, ensuringaccuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Tasks & Duties
* Managing incoming queries,liaising with the underwriting team to resolve where appropriate.
* Issuance of statements on a monthly basis.
* Reconciliation of paid transactions.
* Development and management of appropriate reports, including aged debt and reconciliations.
* Working with the management team to ensure broker accounts processes are efficient, documented and compliant with regulatory obligations.
* Reporting to the management team concerning broker accounts.
* Additional ad hoc duties as they arise.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
* Excellent administration skills.
* Previous experience in brokerage or a similar financial services role is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using relevant software for financial analysis and reporting.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
