I am seeking a Business Analyst to join my client's Insurance team to help drive business performance through dataanalysis, reporting, and process improvements. You will be part of the Change Team and will be a subject matter expert (SME) inRetail mortgage servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making, includingforecasting and trend analysis.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency's.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for initiatives.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new products and services.
* Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices.
* Perform useracceptance testing (UAT) and assist with system implementations.
* Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis within the financial services / insurance industry.
* Bachelor's in Financial, Accounting or Business-relatedqualification would be a distinct advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* JIRA experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of supporting change in a Retail mortgage servicing business, on/offboarding, digital/customer journey/transformation/BAU change
