Key Responsibilities
* Ongoing Applications support and training for Ireland employees across our key broking applications: Applied/Acturis/Transactor.
* Applications project lead for key local projects, working closely with wider UK&I Business Systems team.* Representing the Ireland business on key UK&I / Group projects that involve Applications changes, engaging Ireland Business leads as needed.
* Managing requested system configuration and document change requests, engaging with the wider UK&I team as needed.
* Point of contact for any proposed UK led configuration changes, to assess the impact for Ireland users (i.e. part of Change control process).
* Managing licencing and supplier relationships locally across all of the above systems.
* Supporting and driving the business move to 'Acturis E-Trade'.
* Ownership of standard system updates - reviewing the updated notes, user communications on the updates and monitoring the impact of these changes for the users.
* Managing archiving on existing systems, ensuring GDPR rules are honoured, and managing the migration of data from legacy systems to the UK&I archiving solution.
* Supporting business leads with their reporting requirements from the system, including report subscriptions andupdating and building reports as needed.
* Link between business managers and the data team in relation to any data differencebetween system reports and Power BI.
* Providing BAU Apps support to the Ireland teams, including managing (As part of the wider UK&I Business Systems team):
o Password changes
o System access
o Resolving Application Support tickets
o Commission & Insurer name changes

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications* Business Analyst experience.
* 3 years+ experience of working in the insurance industry is preferable.
* Experience ofworking with either of the Applied or Acturis systems is essential.
* Insurance related qualifications would be desirable butnot required, e.g. APA, CIP, MDI, ACII etc
