Claims and Survey Assistant | Insurance | Gibraltar | £20 - £23k pa | Office Based
Claims and Survey Assistant required for an established insurance company based in Gibraltar. The successful candidate will have previous officeexperience and would suit someone returning to work post maternity looking for an administration role. The successful candidatewill mainly be dealing with claim validations from Third Party Claims Handling Agents, arranging surveys via Third Party Surveyors and following up on any requirements raised from the survey. The role could develop in to a team leader role if the right qualities were demonstrated.

What You Will Be Doing
*
Manage the team of Claims/Survey Assistants and act as referral point for any queries or issues
*
Manage the team work rota and allocation of tasks*
Work closely with Claims Handling Agents to ensure all new claim policy cover enquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
*
When required work with Underwriting Team to ensure all policy queries and issues are handled promptly and accurately.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
*
Minimum of 2 years work administration experience in a busycompany
*
Be able to work effectively with colleagues in the claims team
*
Take initiative within the context of the role, to improve work processes and promote overall corporate goals
*
Work closely with Underwriting Team, Brokers and Surveyors to ensure surveys are completed and requirements are dealt with within acceptable time frame, working to strict deadlines is key
