Claims Assistant | Insurance | Gibraltar | c£18,500 plus benefits|
Claims Assistant is required for a growinginsurance office based in Gibraltar dealing with both commercial and household insurance. The Claim Assistant role is to offer support to the claims and underwriting team and will include corresponding with claims handling agents upon notification of new claims, validating policies and providing the underwriting team with claims information. There will also be some analytical basedwork on Excel.

What You Will Be Doing
* Providing background admin support to the claims and underwriting departments.
* Dealing with survey information.
* Claim validations for third party agents.
* Some policy cancellation work.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
* School Leaver with A levels or recent Graduate
* Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks
* Able to work under pressure
* Keeneye for detail
* Excellent computer skill, with use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
* Ability to self-motivate if remote working is required due to present restrictionsTo Apply
