CLAIMS HANDLER
SOUTH MANCHESTER
£20,000 to £25,000 SALARY
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a vital member of our Existing Claims Team, you will be in contact with clients, fleet customers, referrers and our business development managers, taking information regarding road traffic accidents and advising them of the next steps and how we can help. You will usually be the first point of contact the client has with the company, so good customer service skills, patience and empathy area must. The kind of tasks you will be doing will involve:
* Taking details of road traffic accidents from clients
* Investigating what happened in the accident with the client and creating a rich, complete and accurate record from your discussions.* Identifying injury claims and recommending our panel solicitors
* Assessing liability and whether the claim is suitable forour repair scheme
* Arranging recovery of vehicles
* Building and maintaining relationships with referrers
* Appointing arepair network
* Appoint service providers to replace glass and carry out services and MOTs
THE PACKAGE:
£20,000 to £25,000 Basic Salary
