BROMLEY
£22,500 to £30,000 SALARY
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently representing a forward thinking specialist commercial & private clients broker who is based just outside Bromley. They are extremely focused on creating insuranceprograms for businesses and high net worth individuals. After recent growth they are now looking for additional Commercial Account Handlers to add to their teams.
There is no minimum educational entry level required, or previous experience that would not be considered. however 3 years commercial insurance experience is desirable. They will also fully support and provide fundingtowards ongoing professional qualifications. The successful candidate will be joining a busy, proactive team of brokers who specialise in commercial insurance.

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HANDLER ROLE:
* New Business quoting, negotiating, broking and administration - Converting new business enquires in line with or in excess of company targets
* Renewal negotiating, broking and administration- Converting renewal business in line with or in excess of company targets
* Midterm adjustments & administration
* Maintaining day to day Compliance procedures for FCA Regulation
* Incoming and outbound call handling (new and existingclients)
* Cross Selling other insurance products
* Provide support to the Department Executives in accordance with office procedures
* Managing personal work workflow effectively and efficiently - Reporting Workflow to Manager
* Corresponding & Communicating with clients and insurers
* Corresponding and communicating with clients and insurance companies
* Maintaining a complete and comprehensive training record/log
* Checking covers, warranties, endorsements to ensure that they are correct and in line with quotations provided
* Preparing Market presentation for both new business and renewal reports
* Attendingclient new business and renewal meetings
* Advising Manager of any backlog in work in a timely manner
* Advising Manager ofany debt recovery problems or contentious issues in a timely manner
