Commercial Claims Handler - Burnley (Hybrid) - Up to £32,000
Are you an experienced Claims Technician looking for your next challenge? On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Commercial Claims Handler based in Burnley, offering acompetitive salary of up to £32,000, with the flexibility of working one day a week from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and service clients' claims, ensuring prompt handling and providing the best possible advice.
* Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, directors, corporate brokers, and account executives to secure the best settlement outcomes for clients.
* Attendclient meetings and meet with loss adjusters as required to discuss claims.
* Log new claims, report to insurers, and keep clients updated on progress.
* Produce accurate claims MI and chase insurers for updates.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
* Cert CII qualified or working towards it.
* Strong technical knowledge of policy content and FCA compliance.
* Excellent organisational and numeracy skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
* High level of integrity, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A reliable team player withexcellent customer service skills.
