Key Responsibilities of Senior Insurance Account Handler:

* Negotiate optimal insurance terms for clients

* Support team leaders and contribute to business strategy
* Ensure compliance with broking team standards
* Contribute to operational efficiency and business growth
Requirements for Senior Insurance Account Handler:
* 3+ years of experience in insurance broking or account handling
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent customer service abilities
* GCSEqualifications (A-Levels or degree preferred)
* CII qualifications advantageous but not essential
* Proficiency in MS Officeand insurance broking software
