Key Responsibilities for this Commercial Account Handler Role:
* Maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring their insurance requirements are met per service levels
* Conduct pre-renewal preparation work, send renewal packs with accurate documentation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure high customer satisfaction
* Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date client files, notes, and records
* Adhere to FCA Principles for Business and comply with FCA and internal procedures
Required Skills& Qualifications for Commercial Account Handlers:
* Experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler
* Backgroundin commercial combined, motor, property, or liability insurance (preferred but not essential)
* Strong organisational abilities to manage workload effectively
* Ability to evaluate client needs through questioning and analysis
* Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
* Exceptional communication skills, including telephone, verbal, and written
* Proven ability in selling, cross-selling, and building rapport with clients and underwriters
