Panoramic Associates are delighted to be partnered with a leading Life & Pensions company based in Hertfordshire in their search for aCompliance Advisor. You will be part of the Compliance Monitoring team and reporting directly to the Director of Compliance.You will be carrying out compliance monitoring reviews in accordance with the agreed Compliance Plan making sure you are adhering to the regulatory and company standards. You will be required to follow appropriate risk management procedures to control, monitor and report all business activities. You will also be engaging with stakeholders, providing them with progress of all reviews and audits.
Requirements:
* Must have at least 1 years' compliance monitoring experience
* Worked in financial services - life & pensions would be ideal, however would consider insurance, asset management or banking
* Detailed knowledge ofFCA
* Able to plan, manage and conduct audits and reviews
