Compliance Monitoring Manager | Insurance Broker | London | Permanent
Panoramic Associates are delighted to be partnered with a leading insurance broker in the City in their search for a Compliance Monitoring Manager. This is an excellent opportunity where you will havegreat exposure to Senior Management, including boards & committees.
You will be required to drive the completion of the monitoring plan, contribute to the delivery of regulatory procedures, identify areas of risk, maintain the monitoring plan and ensure the business is complying with policies, procedures and FCA guidelines. You will also have one direct report, who you willregularly mentor as well as aid with their development.
My client is seeking someone who is pragmatic with a commercial approach. You must have at least 4 years' experience of compliance monitoring and have wholesale experience.
