£26,000 to £32,000 PLUS BONUS & HYBRID WORKING
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get recruited are so proud to be representing a long standing client and a wellestablished insurance broker with over 25yrs experience who are looking to add a number of experienced Account Handlers to theirhighly successful team which is now expanding. This client has experience dealing in Commercial, Personal, Property Owners & Commercial Combined.

As an Insurance Account Handler you will be working in afast-paced environment working with various clients to arrange cover for both new business and renewals. You will also benefit from support to complete your CII, internal support and training and the opportunity to work with some of the most experienced Brokers and Account Execs to improve your knowledge and progress your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answer telephone enquiries.
* Take information in order to provide a quotation.
* Liaise with Insurers and product providers.
* Provide quotations to clients.
* Arrange cover for clients.
* To be able to collect premiums from clients and understand processes for doing so.
* Check proposal forms received from Clients before sending to Insurers.
* Chase clients for documentation
* Check policy documentation before sending to clients
* Takedetails and process mid-term alterations.
* Chase clients for premiums
* Prepare renewal documents and send to clients.
*Answer queries received from clients and Insurers.
* To be able to use a computer system to deal with and manage clients including a computer diary system.
* Provide new business quotations to prospective clients.
PERSON:
* The individual should have a couple of year's experience working in an insurance broking capacity with Commercial Insurance knowledge.
* GCSE or equivalent education is required, with A Level, degree level education and CII qualifications being preferable but not essential.Experience and use of MS Office is required, and prior experience of using Broking software world be preferable but not essential.
* Strong influence and negotiation skills will be required when dealing with insurers and Brokers.
