HOME BASED or OFFICE BASED

SALARY UP TO £35,000 + BONUS



THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is exclusively working with a well-established and rapidly expanding firmwho are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Insurance Account Handler to join their highly successful sales team.

Coveringa variety of Insurance products including Property, Care, Charity, along with many others. You will be able to become a specialist in these areas and benefit from excellent training opportunities and support to further your insurance career with funding for further exams being provided by the firm.

PURPOSE OFTHE ROLE:

* Respond to a variety of enquiries from existing policyholders.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Identifying further opportunities and referrals within existing clients
* Providing a consultative approach toclients to offer them the best Insurance solutions for their needs
* Provide advice and assistance in respect of current policy covers, mid-term adjustments and renewals.
* Review renewals; obtaining quotations, using quotation systems, rating guides or by referring to insurers.
* Communicate quotations, advising the most appropriate in terms of price and cover to meet the clients' requirements.
* Discuss any additional exposures and covers to ensure that all insurance requirements are satisfied.THE PERSON:

* An insurance industry background is a requirment with a minimum of 2 years being desirable.
* Preferably qualified to a minimum of Cert CII.
* Motivated to study for Industry exams.
* An awareness and understanding of FCA rules andhow to comply with them is essential.
* A strong customer service focus.
* A confident telephone manner.
* An ability towork as part of a team and the ability to use your own initiative and manage your own workload.
