Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Location: Central London + Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Commission-Based Bonus
Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional with a proven track record in brokering and a knack for building and maintaining client relationships? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitiousCommercial Insurance Account Executive to join our client's team in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understandingtheir unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand theclient base.
* Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients.
* Utilize your industry knowledge to advise clients on risk management strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Requirements:
* 10 years' experience in Commercial Insurance Broking.
* Proven trackrecord in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.
* Familiarity with Acturis software is highly desirable.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
* Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ACII) are preferred.What We Offer:
