SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Junior Pricing Analyst for an established Insurance company based in the thriving jurisdiction of Gibraltar. You will be highly numerate and analytical, with a good knowledge of predictive modelling, SAS, SQL skills and ideally have used Radar or Earnix software. Most importantly as a Junior Pricing Analyst for our client will be a proactive attitude, willingness to take responsibility, and a genuine interest in data analytics. You may have obtained experience in this skillset outside of the Insurance Sector and still apply.

What You Will Be Doing
*Carry out detailed analysis and statistical modelling to help optimise pricing.
*
Carrying out statistical modellingusing GLMs and machine learning techniques.
*
Optimising, implementing and monitoring pricing for insurance products, using Earnix software.
*
Using software such as SQL, Excel, Python and R to produce and manipulate data sets for modelling andanalysis.
*
Producing, analysing and interpreting management information relating to performance of insurance products.*
Effectively communicating the impact of pricing actions to the wider business.
*
Investigating and responding to queries from other areas of the business relating to pricing.

Work alongside the Senior Pricing Team members
WhatYou Will Need to Succeed In This Role
*
A recent Degree in a numerate subject (eg Maths/Statistics).
*
Interest & experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
*
Experience working with large datasets.*
Experience of programing languages such as SQL, Python and R.
*
Strong Excel skills.
*
Excellent communication skills.
