We are currently seeking a Lead Delivery Manager / Programme Manager to join a financial services organisation based in Surrey. The lead delivery manager will be responsible for the delivery of large pieces of work within the IT Change portfolio. Working at a Programme Manager level you will be managing a team delivering projects. Due to the nature of the projects it will be essential that you bring experience within Data Centre, Infrastructure and Cloud environments.
The duties of the role will include:
·Managing a multi-discipline team - delivery managers, release managers, developers and testers
·Ensuredelivery timescales are met
·Complex stakeholder management
·Tracking and managing project budgets of up to £1M (variable)
Key experience required will include:
·Demonstrable agile / lean methodology experience
·Experienced at building teams
·Full system lifecycle management experience
·Matrix-management experience
·Experience of managing programmes
·Experience of managing projects in a digital landscape
