The Role
My client, a leading underwriting agent is seeking an experienced Claims Administrator/Legal Executive to join their team based in South Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid option after probation.
As a Claims Administrator/Legal Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrativesupport to the claims team. You will liaise with the wider business and external partners both legal and non-legal daily.Tasks & Duties
* Managing all forms of incoming mail, both electronic and postal mail.
* Provide support to claimsteam with incoming calls as required.
* Ensure all contact is logged and appropriate tasks assigned for handlers attention.* Liaise with external legal partners regarding documentation received from third party solicitors and claimants to ensure thatthey are reviewed and responded to by the appropriate person.
* Work collaboratively with, and learn from, other internal departments such as underwriting and compliance.
* Work closely with external experts to achieve successful claim outcomes and provide great customer service.
* Additional ad hoc administrative duties as they arise.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience as a legal administrator/legal executive or claims administrator.
* A strong understanding of legal documentation and language.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong ability to work onown initiative and as part of a team.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* IT proficient.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
