My client is a global award-winning Fintech company who looking to add an experienced Sales Executive to their rapidly growing sales team.
The Sales Executive role is focused on developing net new logo's within a set regional area. Lookingat bringing on a variety of different sized accounts from SMB to Enterprise. The key to success in this role will be the leverage and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders up to board level along with maximising opportunities available.
The role carries an annual sales target broken down quarterly and based on a growth plan. The role also requires high levels of opportunity and pipeline management skills.
Sales Executive Responsibilities
* Act as the strategic sales thread while consulting with prospects at the owner and C-suite level.
* Leverage referred leads and self-cultivated leads to nurture your pipeline.
* Connecting with prospects to help improve their experience, cash flow, and bottom line.
* Collaborate with sales teams and focusing on growing the existing customer base
* Generate prospective clients including Small, Medium and Enterprise sizes.
Sales Executive Requirements
* At least 2 to 4 years of sales experience including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions and solving business problems.
* Experience in technology solutions is helpful, as is a background in the payments industry.
* A consultative approach that's successful with C-suite and business owners.
* Proven BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT experience within variety of different sized accounts.
* Industry specialisms, with the ability to identify market trends, threats, and opportunities.
* Expert levels of researching, networking and relationship building.
* Accurate and effective pipeline management, with highly developed planning and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
