THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a successful and growing Family team within a dynamic and professional firm.
As a Family Solicitor you will be providing comprehensive advice to clients and guiding their cases to completion. The role will involve working on a mixed family caseload of both private and legalaid funded work.
THE FAMILY SOLICITOR ROLE:
* Provide all clients with comprehensive advice
* Provide clients with responses to queries promptly
* Progress cases to completion in a prompt and professional manner
* Draft and proof read all necessary documentation to progress cases
* Ensuring all files are kept accurately and securely
* Prioritising a varied caseloadto provide excellent service to all clients
* Build professional relationships with clients and colleagues
* Work alongsidePartners to ensure the smooth running of the department and firm
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience within a similar Family Solicitor role covering Legal Aid cases
* An extensive knowledge of Family case law
* Confident to manage a caseload tocompletion whilst working to deadlines
