HOUSING LEGAL ADVISOR
ManchesterUp to £31,000 + Excellent Benefits
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a vibrant and expanding law firm closeto the heart of Manchester City Centre who are looking to expand their existing team with an experienced Housing Legal Advisor.As a Housing Legal Advisor you will be managing a caseload of pre-litigated Housing Disrepair cases.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handling a caseload of pre-litigated cases of up to 100 files
* Review and value surveyor reports
* Carry out quantum reviews and formalise case plans
* Providing a professional and efficient service to internal & external clients and referrers
* Work and adhere to SLAs
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a similar pre-litigation role within HousingDisrepair
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Housing Disrepair pre-action protocol
* Confident user of Proclaim
*Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules
* Able to manage a busy and varied workload
