The Person:
We are looking for an experienced commercialand IP licensing lawyer to join our EMEA legal team in Cambridge. Our ideal candidate will bring technology and IP licensing experience, be able to work independently and as a team player, and to play a vital role in the company's future success.

What you'll be doing:* Providing legal support to the Sales and Licensing teams in EMEAI and ASIAPAC.
* Negotiating and drafting contracts withpartners.
* Seeing a wide variety of contracts, including technology licenses for hardware and software, novation agreements,and other types of commercial contracts.
* Building cross-team relationships across the whole organisation, and within the legal teams.
* Being responsive and working as effectively as possible with key partners in a way to further develop relationship with such partners from a legal perspective.
* Promoting and demonstrating the company's core beliefs and behaviours in thework that you do.
What we need to see:
* Qualified in a UK or equivalent jurisdiction with experience of relevant PQE.* Gained solid drafting and negotiating experience.
* Experience working across cultures and in a fast paced in-house legal environment.
* Good knowledge of contract and intellectual property law applicable to technology, licensing, and commercial contracts.
* Experience negotiating agreements for commercial outbound agreements with Sales
* Ability to critically analyse andwillingness to challenge assumptions and working practices to drive efficiencies.
