My client, an established law firm in Limerick, are looking for a legal secretary/administrator tojoin their team. This role would be ideal for any recent law graduates or FE1 candidates who are looking to gain experience in alegal setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcription: Proficiently transcribe audio materials.
Correspondence Management: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Client Support: Assist with client calls and appointment scheduling.
Document Management: Scan and file post as required.
Diary and Follow-up Management: Maintain solicitor diaries and follow-up systems.
Financial Administration: Handle billing, requisitioning, time recording, and related tasks.
Phone Etiquette: Respond to phone callscourteously and efficiently.
Reception Assistance: Occasional coverage for the reception area.
Communication Management: Address all incoming communication and queries promptly.
Varied Duties: Execute other appropriate tasks as assigned by the relevantPartner/Solicitor.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a legal administration setting would be beneficial. Applications from law graduates/FE1 candidates also welcome
Typing Proficiency: Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
Tech-Savvy: Strong IT and systems skills.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
