THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a vibrant and expanding law firm in Rochdale who are looking to expand their existing team with an experienced Fee Earner / Legal Advisor / Paralegal to join their highly successful Personal Injury and Road Traffic Accident Team.
If you are an experienced Fee Earner / Legal Assistant / Legal Executive / Paralegal looking to start a career with a firm who value and put their employees first, this opportunity is not to be missed! Experience within PI / RTA is not essential for the role and full training will be offered!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a caseload of RTA and some Personal Injury cases
*Regularly updating clients on the progress of their cases
* Ensuring cases are handled compliantly
* Using Proclaim to manage all cases and record all files and paperwork
* Working towards targets on a monthly and annual basis
THE PERSON:
* Experience in a similar Legal Assistant / Legal Executive / Paralegal / Fee Earner is essential
* Knowledge of or experience inRTA and PI
* Experience in managing cases through the MOJ portal
* Manage a large caseload with minimal supervision
* Self-motivated and able to work quickly
* Professional manner and strong communication skills, both written and spoken
* Strongtime management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a range of individuals
