THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currentlyrecruiting on behalf of a leading Compliance Consultancy who are looking for an experienced Regulatory Consultant to join theirrapidly expanding team. You will work as part of the Regulatory Consulting team to support and advise clients around FCA requirements, gaining authorisations, making changes aligned to regulatory change and all other regulatory areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a Regulatory Consultant / Compliance Consultant background who is looking to join an ambitious and expanding business with fantastic benefits and flexibility.
Regulatory Compliance Consultant Overview:
* Assist in developing compliance tools and arrangements
* Providing quality and timely advice to clients
* Maintaining strong workingrelationships with FCA, ICO, APCC and other stakeholders
* Identifying and responding to emerging regulatory trends and developments including new rules and requirements
* Ensuring any relevant changes and trends are assessed and communicated with clients to make appropriate preparations and amendments
* Sharing your knowledge with colleagues internally
* Providing clientswith solutions which allow them to comply with regulatory requirements and best practice
* Providing advice on enquiries fromnew and existing clients
The Person:
* Experience in a similar Regulatory Compliance Consultant / Regulatory Consultant/ Compliance Consultant role
* Excellent knowledge of FCA principles and handbooks including CONC, ICOB and MCOB
* Experience in providing regulatory advice to clients and key stakeholders
* Confident to manage your own caseload and bank of clients* Solutions focused
* Excellent attention to detail with an analytical mind set
* Strong communication skills, Written andverbal
