SOLICITOR / LITIGATION EXECUTIVE
SWANSEA
UP TO £42K + FLEXIBLE HOURS + DEVELOPMENT & PROGRESSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
My client is an established and rapidly expanding law firm specialising in PCP Litigation claims who are looking for experienced Solicitors and Litigation Executives to join their team and develop into management roles.
This is a great opportunity for a driven individualwho is keen to fast track their career.
Position Overview:
* Reviewing case documents
* Calculating claim values
* Drafting court documents
* Preparing witness statements
* Instructing experts
* Negotiating settlements
* Advising clients of settlement offers
* Dealing with interim hearings
* Supporting Fee Earners in managing their caseload
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor with 1 year PQE or an experienced Litigation / Legal Executive
* Experience managing a high volume caseload of litigation claims e.g. PPI, Plevin, Housing Disrepair etc
* Ability to problem solve
* Solution focused
* Excellent attention to detail with an analytical mind set
* Strong communication skills, Written and verbal
