My client, one of the Big 4, is looking to fill two Sustainability Consultants vacancies within their ESG Reporting team.
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Consultant/Senior Associate.
Contract type: PermanentThis is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to build upon their experience to make an impact in the global transition to improved reporting and disclosure on sustainability performance, with an aim to achieve a low carbon future.You will mainly support:
* Engagements related to ESG Reporting.
* The delivery of client work by conducting research onclients, industries, and markets trends; analysing client documentation and identifying improvement opportunities; synthesisingresearch findings into key themes and analysing information to develop conclusions; preparing client deliverables, such as written reports, presentations, or spreadsheet models; and participating in client meetings and workshops.
* Taking responsibilityfor smaller projects, working either independently or leading a small team, structuring their work, conducting reviews, providing feedback and reporting on progress to the project leaders.
* Assisting in general business development tasks and marketing and supporting the development and growth of service lines.
In order to be successful, you will have:
* Bachelor's degreefrom a top-tier university, with Master's degree in relevant field favourable.
* 1-4 years of experience in sustainability consulting, or corporate environment specifically in sustainability.
* Understanding of the key EU and global sustainability reporting regulations and associated sustainability disclosure requirements.
* Superb written and oral communication skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
* Strong people skills to work collaboratively in a team environment and working effectively with people at all levels in an organisation.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfort working with numbers, and demonstrate critical thinking.
* Demonstrate confidence in conducting independent work and pride for excellence and quality.
