Get Recruited are currently working with a luxury gym based in Kensington who, due to growth, are seeking a Venue Sales Manager to join their team.
As the Venue Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the gym, ensuring that financial and performance targets are metwhilst providing excellent customer service to clients.

THE ROLE:
* As the Venue Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the luxury venue
* Generating new business through referrals and marketing campaigns
* Respond to inbound enquiries, offering a consultative approach
* Welcome prospective clients to the venue, showing them around the facilities
* Negotiating the best contract for their needs, before closing the sale and completing paperwork
* Oversee the trainers and front of house team, ensuring that the highest standard of care is given toclients at all times
* Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the gym and maintenance of the equipment
* Monitor the team's performance, assessing any training requirements
THE PERSON:
* At least two years' experience as a venue manager, gym manager, operations manager or working within a luxury environment is essential
* A background or interest in fitness / gym is highly desirable
* Track record in achieving sales / membership targets is essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Flexible approach to working hours, in order to fit around clients needs
