Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Dublin, Rathcoole
Salary: €65k - €75k + Bonus + Pension and more
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Operations Manager with experience working in chilled environment, to oversee and manage all aspects of our clientschill warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, ensuring seamless warehousing processes, and maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
* Directly manage and lead all chill warehouse staff.
* Motivate, organise, and foster teamwork to achieve set productivity targets.
* Work collaboratively with the Deputy Operations Manager, supervisors, and team leaders.

Operational Excellence:
* Monitor performance levels based on agreed KPIs within scheduled timelines.
* Ensure goods are received, stored, picked, and transferred in accordance with my clients Standards.
* Plan future capacity requirements and optimise warehouse layout.

Quality and Safety:
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and security standards.* Implement and maintain SOPs for all warehouse tasks.
* Conduct regular reviews of warehouse SOPs to ensure full compliance.*
Reporting and Communication:
* Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
*Maintain strong communication links with the Deputy Operations Manager, supervisors, team leaders, Transport Department, and customers.

Client Relations:
* Maintain a strong relationship with clients.
* Ensure accuracy in the receipt of goods according to paperwork and/or systems records.

Maintenance and Planning:
* Implement and maintain a planned maintenance program.
* Plan warehouse layout and space requirements for optimal efficiency.

HR Management:
* Oversee HR-related activities at the warehouse level, including Employee Relations, Disciplinary/Grievances, Staff Delegation, Work Scheduling, and Training.
* Report all HR issues to the HR Department as required.

Additional Responsibilities:
*Process returns accurately and in a timely manner.
* Check, receive, and enter all products onto the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Ensure timely processing of Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in warehouse operations management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety standards.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse data and implement process improvements.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
