PORTSMOUTH - HYBRID HOME & OFFICE BASED

My client is a well-recognised retail brand who due to continued expansion and success are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their Finance, Supply Chain and Compliance team. Due to continued growth and an increase in sales, they are looking to implement new policies and procedure in the Compliance team and you will have a hands on involvements inthese and many other projects!

THE ROLE:
* Implement new internal auditing policies and procedures
* Work with thewider compliance team and management across the business to ensure GDPR compliance
* Keep up to date with any changes in the industry and legislation to ensure ongoing compliance
* Manage the PCI compliance across the business
* Ensuring a robust compliance framework is in place and adhered to
* Implementing processes to handle any violations of policies
* Support the wider team and line managers in creating and delivering training for new and existing employees
* Day to day management of the Compliance Auditor
THE PERSON:
* Experience in a similar Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance / Compliance Officer roleis essential
* Excellent knowledge and qualifications in GDPR compliance
* PCI compliance experience
* In-depth experience in conducting and managing audits on a large scale
* Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
* Methodical, diligent and organised with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
