CUSTOMER SERVICE / EXPORT ADMINISTRATOR (AFTERNOON HOURS)

STOCKPORT

UP TO £30,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

GetRecruited are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and well-respected company located in the Stockport area. Due to continued success, they are now looking for a Customer Service / Export Administrator to work afternoon hours to support the US arm of their business.

As the Customer Service / Export Administrator, you will work alongside various colleagues in the US team across Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure the smooth running of the ordering and delivery process for customers. You will also liaise with clients to discuss potential orders, process orders and update them on the status of their orders.

THE ROLE:

* Process orders on behalf of US based customers, liaising directly with customers and suppliers/partners tocoordinate this
* Provide customer service support by handling customer enquiries and supporting senior members of the salesand customer service team
* Inputting information into Sage and working closely with the Accountant to ensure invoices are produced accurately
* Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, ensuring stock control and management processes are adhered to* Assisting in the coordination of exhibitions
* Handling customer complaints and issues promptly and ensuring the best possible outcome is reached
* Hold and chair regular meetings across the sales and customer service team
* Remotely managing stock levels
* Keeping accurate records and documentation

THE PERSON:

* Previous experience within a similar Customer Service / Export / Import / Logistics role is essential
* Knowledge of the US market is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to manage a busy workload
* Strong computer skills

THE BENEFITS:

* Up to £30,000 basic salary
* 25 days holiday

* Working hours 2pm - 9pm
