Are you ready to take charge of a dynamic team and drive success in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our clients team as a Distribution Centre Manager.
The Role:
As a Distribution Centre Manager, you will lead a team of Warehouse Operativesin the Selections departments, ensuring that stock is picked and packed to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the Senior Logistics Manager, you will oversee the management of up to 30 employees within the distribution centre. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the satisfaction of knowing that your efforts directly impact the success of the stores across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve performance targets
* Create aperformance-oriented and motivating work environment
* Participate in operational activities and demonstrate strong leadership skills
* Manage and develop key performance indicators
* Engage with multiple IT systems integral to logistics processes* Conduct regular quality control checks and product rotation
* Coordinate on-the-job training for Warehouse Operatives and other trainees
* Develop and maintain team work schedules and annual leave planning

What You'll Receive:
* Competitive salary starting at €49,500, rising to €63,000 after 4 years

Hours:
Shifts are 10 hours per day, with various start times from 7 am to 9:30 am, 4 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
