My client a global supply chain management company atthe technological forefront of the industry is looking for a Distribution Clerk to join their strong team of 7 in Dublin.
Thesuccessful candidate will support the distribution department with all administration tasks and ensuring the smooth running ofthe department. The job will focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, Culture and of course a high level of Customer Service.
Day to day tasks for this job will include but are not limited to:
* Complete paperwork for incoming and outgoing freight
* Running of stock reports and check product availability
* Track and Trace orders
* Interacting with customers in arranging shipments
To be considered for this job you should have a strong attention to detail, have some understandingof freight forwarding and preferably have worked within a logistics or supply chain position before. You must have strong IT skills (especially Excel), be proactive in your approach to issues and speak and write English fluently.
