client requires a Facilities Manager to join their team in Citywest, Dublin. This is a permanent job, offering amazing career opportunities.
In this job of Facilities Manager, you will combine hands on experience and people management. This role would have a small number of direct reports. You should be interested in looking to make the next move in your career and have some exposure to both these elements. Strong mechanical and/or electrical experience in your previous role with knowledge and experience working with HVAC, boilers, fridge/freezer and so on would be massively beneficial.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage employment relationships, and demonstrate leadership towards a team of employees and externalcontractors/vendors whose key responsibilities include provision of mechanical and electrical building services.
* Schedule,track and implement efficient and effective maintenance resources to perform preventative and correctly maintenance, to sustainfacilities availability.
* Manage end to end lifecycle of sub-contractors across all sites.
Required:
* Education- Degree or QQI level equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
* An ability to build relationships operations teams is key.
* IT literacy an advantage (Word Excel, Microsoft Office)
* Ability to lead a team, and be a motivate,Forward thinking individual.
